Terms and Conditions

We thank you for considering Aman’s Adventures & Tours for your travel experience. We kindly request that you review the following terms and conditions, which form the basis of your relationship with us when booking tours or related travel services.

2. Contract & Booking Policy
Once your booking is confirmed by us in writing and the deposit is received, a contract is established between you and Aman’s Adventures & Tours. Your confirmation signifies that you accept our terms and conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

3. Advance Payment
To secure your booking, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation. This deposit allows us to hold reservations on your behalf and make necessary arrangements.

4. Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be settled at least 15 days before your scheduled trip begins. For last-minute bookings made within 15 days of the travel date, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all services.

Late bookings (made within 7 working days of travel) require full payment at the time of booking.

Note:
For services like hotel bookings, flight or train tickets, or special seasonal offers, 100% advance payment may be required at the time of booking.

5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Online Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard )
  • Online Debit Card (Visa / MasterCard / Maestro)
  • Cash,
  • Bank Transfer (RTGS / NEFT)

Note:
Payments made via credit/debit cards will incur a 3.5% additional bank processing fee.

6. Cancellations, No-Show & Early Departures
All cancellations must be submitted to us in writing and CANCELLATION Charges will apply as per the timeline below:

  • If you CANCEL BEFORE 30 days of Booking, you will receive 90% of the TOTAL Trip amount you paid ( 10% Cancellation charges will be deducted)
  • If you CANCEL BEFORE 15 days of Booking, you will receive 50% of the TOTAL Trip amount you paid ( 50% Cancellation charges will be deducted)
  • If you CANCEL AFTER 15 days of Booking but before 7 days of Booking, you will receive 25% of the TOTAL Trip amount you paid ( 75% Cancellation charges will be deducted)
  • If you CANCEL AFTER 07 days or less, NO REFUND
  • No-show: No refund

Note:

A minimum 10% service charge is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of cancellation.

Once the tour has started, no refunds will be provided for unused services, accommodations, or missed meals.

During peak season or festival dates, special cancellation terms may apply, and no refund may be possible.

Refund Policy
Refunds for services cancelled in advance will be processed according to the cancellation policy. Please note:

Refunds will be made to the original payer only.

Refund processing may take 3–4 weeks due to banking procedures.

Any banking or card transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Extra Usage of Vehicle
The tour cost covers standard usage of the vehicle as per the itinerary. Extra use of vehicle beyond designated hours or routes is not included and will incur additional charges.

9. Our Liabilities and Limitations
Tour costs are based on current rates negotiated with service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.).

Any increase in taxes, fuel costs, monument entry fees, or service charges by the government or third parties after confirmation will be charged extra.

We act only as an agent for transport companies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not responsible for:

Delays, cancellations, accidents, or any loss due to natural or unavoidable causes including weather, political disturbances, strikes, or emergencies.

Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.

Any injury, illness, or medical costs incurred during travel.

Travel insurance is not included in our packages. We recommend you secure insurance from your home country before travel.

10. Complaints & Emergency Support
If you face any issue during your tour, you must report it immediately so we can take appropriate action. Delayed complaints will not be entertained after the tour ends.

Our office is available 24/7 for emergencies and client support.

We are not responsible for personal items left behind in vehicles. Retrieval and delivery of such items will be subject to additional courier charges.

11. Jurisdiction Clause
All legal matters related to bookings with Aman’s Adventures & Tours are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
